Getting started
How long does it take to go live?
Our standard turnaround is 14 days from when you complete your onboarding form. Most clients are live faster.
What do I need to get started?
Just your business name, services, service area, logo, and a few photos. We handle everything else. Most clients are onboarded in one 30-minute call.
Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. The onboarding form is simple, the review call is a conversation, and after that we handle everything.
What if I already have a website?
We can replace it, improve it, or keep it and add the follow-up system on top with Connect. We'll look at what you have and tell you honestly what makes sense.
What happens on the demo call?
It's a 20-minute conversation, not a pitch. We look at your current online presence, show you a rough mockup for your trade and area, walk through the system live, and give you a clear price. If it's not a fit, no hard feelings.
Pricing & plans
Is there a setup fee?
Not on the monthly plans. The build is paid for through your monthly price, so nothing is due up front. If you'd rather own the website outright from the start, the Website + Care Plan is a $2,500 build plus $100 a month.
Can I keep my current website?
Yes. Connect adds a lead form, web chat, missed-call text back, follow-up, review requests, a shared inbox and a business number to the site you already have. It's $197 a month with no setup fee.
Can I pay for the website once?
Yes. The Website + Care Plan is a $2,500 build, paid half to start and half at launch, then $100 a month for hosting, backups, monitoring and small edits. Once the build is paid in full, the website is yours to keep.
Is there a contract or long-term commitment?
Monthly plans are month-to-month and cancel anytime with 30 days notice. Annual plans are billed at a discounted rate over a 12-month term.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you upgrade mid-month, we'll prorate the difference.
Why isn't every plan price listed?
The starting price is public: monthly website plans begin at $297 a month. Pro and Elite depend on scope (page count, AI coverage, integrations), so the exact number is quoted on the 20-minute demo call, in writing, before you commit to anything.
Do you offer any discounts?
Yes. Military members get 10% off; mention it on your demo call. Elite plan clients with multiple locations qualify for bulk pricing. Contact us for a custom quote.
Ownership & cancellation
Do I own my website and domain?
Your domain and any content you provide are yours from day one, always. On a monthly plan, after 6 consecutive monthly payments, you keep business-use rights to the delivered client-facing website if you cancel. Atlas Connect retains the underlying templates, systems, automations, and methods. A website bought through the Website + Care Plan is yours to keep once the build is paid in full. What happens if I cancel?
Monthly plans cancel with 30 days notice, with no further charges after your final billing period. Annual plans can be canceled but remaining months are non-refundable. You always keep your domain, content, and customer data.
The system
Does missed call text-back need a new number?
We can work with your existing business line or set up a dedicated tracking number. Either way your personal cell stays private.
Does the AI Receptionist sound like a robot?
It sounds natural and professional, and it's trained to match your business tone. Callers know they're interacting with an automated system, but the experience is helpful and human. Available on Pro and Elite plans.
Can you guarantee I'll rank #1 on Google?
No, and we'd encourage you to be skeptical of anyone who does. What we do is build the strongest possible local search foundation: proper structure, fast pages, schema markup, and location-targeted content.
What tools does Atlas Connect integrate with?
Elite plans include native integrations with Jobber, ServiceTitan, and QuickBooks, and we can connect many other tools through our integration layer. Ask about your stack on the demo call.
